- 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (
Step 1: Prep your fruit. If you’re using fresh mango and pineapple, peel and chop them into chunks. TBH, I usually keep frozen mango in my freezer specifically for this recipe—it saves time and keeps the juice nice and cold.
Step 2: Toss everything into your blender. Mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water, and that squeeze of lime. Don’t skip the lime—it brightens up all those sweet flavors and makes the whole thing taste more alive.
Step 3: Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash more coconut water. Too thin? Throw in a few more frozen mango chunks or some ice.
Step 4: Taste and adjust. Want it sweeter? Add a teaspoon of maple syrup or agave. Want it tangier? Another squeeze of lime will do the trick.
Step 5: Pour into glasses, garnish with a sprig of fresh mint (seriously, it looks Instagram-worthy), and enjoy immediately. This is best served fresh when all those tropical flavors are at their peak
