- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana peeled and chopped
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey if you like it sweeter
Step 1: Add your frozen strawberries and banana chunks to your blender first. They blend better when they’re on the bottom near the blades.
Step 2: Spoon in the Greek yogurt and pour in your milk. Add the vanilla extract for that extra flavor boost.
Step 3: Blend on high for about 60 seconds. You want everything completely smooth with no chunks.
Step 4: Check the consistency. If it’s too thick, add a splash more milk. If it’s too thin, toss in a few more frozen strawberries.
Step 5: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. I rarely add honey, but some people like it a bit sweeter.
