- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pinch of salt

Take your softened cream cheese and put it in a microwave-safe mug or ramekin. Make sure it's really soft so it mixes easily.
